Clackamas River Trail Work Party, part two - logout and tread reconstruction!

Volunteer with Mazamas partner Trailkeepers of Oregon (TKO) at the Clackamas River Trail on Sunday, June 2 for logout and tread reconstruction! This work party is open to volunteers of all skill levels from first-timers to certified sawyers.

No prior trail work experience necessary. Registration required.

TKO is looking for volunteers to help on this heavily used trail where logs and small slides have caused poor conditions. We will be working on the trail to clear out logs and repair the tread. We will meet at the Fish Creek Trailhead and work towards Pup Creek Falls. Sign up here.

Mazama Lodge Spring Workday

Saturday, June 1

The annual Lodge Spring Workday is here! It's time to build up our wood pile and take down the snow shutters. Work from 9am-4pm with a free lunch and lodge vouchers for a future stay.

And, join us on Friday, May 31 for a friendly meatball sandwich competition between Chris Johnson and Rick Amodeo. This will be a blind taste test and yes we will have some vegetarian options, too. Dinner will be at 7pm. Price is $12.60

Yard work party at the MMC

It's spring cleaning time at the MMC and we're looking for volunteers to pitch in on landscaping and yard maintenance.

We'll begin work at 9a.m. and work until we finish (12pm at latest), spreading bark dust in the plant beds around the property.

Donate your time and/or equipment - the supplies we need to get the work done are:
Work gloves
Wheelbarrows
Rakes
